it should be 'reganstein'
after former president regan dies dr shadez brings him back to life during an electric storm in his secret labratory (in his mom's basement) the world is astonished by his accomplishments and he recieves the nobel prize... this angers reganstein for no reason at all and then he goes on a rampage killing dozens at the supermarket before scribbles the invisible dinosaur heroicly defeats him with his ak 47
