The Governments really don't want to legalize because of profit, if they even de-criminalized they would lose billion's, yeah billion's of dollars flowing into them year after year, oh yeah and they get more every year because they cry about how terrible it is and they need more hard cash to fight it, but they don't even put a dent in it, not even a little dent, wasted taxes (your money) once again. Even these cops at this link tell you this and they were on the inside of things, oh yeah and there's not just cops that are against it, also judges and other higher up's.
