This made me think that a favourite images page that each user makes themselves, viewable by other users, would be good. Added alongside my image comments & my image uploads each user has a link to all the images that the user gave 5 stars to. It would be a good way to get more people to vote and it would allow users to keep track of favourites.
You may optionally give an explanation for why this post was reported, which will be sent to the moderators along with the report. This can help the moderator to understand why you reported the post.
