I have been to that area (baja,CA)and its full of sea food restraunts and tourist atractions. Also crossed the border with several white friends. They gotta kick out of sneaking across the border. Well we had booze and one of my buddies got an 8-ball of coke for $40 bucks and insisted on sneaking across with it.LOL
Some areas you cant build the fence,and if your a deer or any animal of size you cant cross.
