Well he only had 8 months in office before the attack. How seriously do you think Clinton took Al Qaeda in his 2 terms? Do you honestly think Bush could have done anything about Bin Landen and Al Qaeda in Afghanistan prior to 9/11? If he had he would have been crucified.
