One main reason is that Chevron just found a mammoth
pool of oil in the gulf of Mexico and also winter
is approaching.Among other factors there is a glut
of oil around right now.In my opinion Bush didn't have fuck all to do with it.Most of the price we all pay at the pump is government taxes and really and truly the oil companies deliver that fuel to us at an astonishingly low price.A 1 liter bottle of water is almost 10 times the price of gas if you take the fed-tax off of gasoline.Bush didn't cut any fuel taxes as far as I know.Fire away naysayers
