Usama does not want to rule the world. Usama does not want to change the US way of life. He wants the US and Europe to stay the fuck out of islamic countries with their military.
This is the reason that organizations like Al Qeada, Hamas, and Hezbollah were formed. Muslims finally got tired of taking shit from Britain, France, the US, etc. and they did something about it. Even if on a small scale like 9-11.
