What do you know, a real 1st. For once Madmex and I agree on something.
The whole concept of "nothing to hide personally" when a government action flies totally in the face of our constitutional rights holds no water for me.
I always knew the courts would be the ones to eventually decide this issue and had hoped this indeed would be the outcome of their review.
I must also relate I doubt that U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor will have a long and lustrous career in that post after that ruling.
