well 20644, who won a war isnt something easy to decied hizbullah defenatily won the moral war, they stood up a fought one of the strongest armies in the world, and they havent been defeated, israel couldnt achive its main obejectives in this war wich is destroyuing hizbullah missile arsenal capabilitis, it faild cause there were missile attacks goin on till the last minute befor the ceasfire agreement. if u wanna calcualte collateral damage to decide who won, well israel clearly won that, it turned lebenon into rubble, so who won isnt an easy question.
but in my piont of view israel had wars with 3 arab armies at once and did win, but this time fighting a gurrilla warfare it lost big time, they couldnt achive their objectives so they were forced to accept the UN resolotion to ceasfire. but they did win the part about havin an international force on the gorind in south lebenon. but still hizbullah isnt disarmed and still capabale of fighting for a longer period if needed.
