Whoever made that graphic does not know how the U.N. works at all. The US has been refusing to make it's U.N. payments for years. One might say the US is trying to force the U.N. into financial ruin... I wonder why they would do that? Maybe because the U.N. is actually effective at many things, and actually allows representation of the rest of the world, and not just US desires.
