oops sorry beast, i had puddin on the brain. you say are you calling th U.S intel officers liars? well aren't you the 1 claiming the same thing when you reference the cheney "lies". or are you saying cheney went out on a limb and concocted his info all by himself? that would be assuming he has 100 times the intelligence that you claim he doesn't have.
