You must have been listening to that speech after hitting shaDEz' bong again.
Iraq's Prime Minister has already said he plans to pardon Shia militia members.
The Prime minister's speech to the congress was a PR snow job to get more money from the american tax payer.
I know you are accustomed to beinding over and taking it but the american people are fed up with this garbage.
the Bush NEOCON crowd really botched up going into Iraq. Nothing like idiot white boys that have zero experience with a different culture to scrwed it up for the rest of us.
