Thailand usually has Japanese Hino trucks with an engine that sticks out in front. These are cab-over-engine. The Thai call their trucks "10-wheelers". A twin rear axle with 4 wheels per axle (8 wheels) and the two in front, so, no it is probably not Thailand. Also the Thai are not too keen on tarps. My guess is China, India or Pakistan...but then somebody will prove that wrong too...
