One cruel but semi-amusing punishment the
Israelis used to hand out to palestinian families
of suicide bombers.I seen it on a documentary a few
years back.The Israelis would pull up to the house
with an army of cement trucks and put the chute
through a window and completely fill the dwelling
with concrete.How is that for cruel and unusual
punishment?
