The sad thing is, Americans think they have the right to kill anyone they think is "nuts." That was the justification for invading and occupying Iraq and Afghanistan, and it's the stated reason they hate the leaders of North Korea, Iran Cuba, Venezuala, Palestine- and the list continues to grow.
After a while, you start to question who the lunatic really is.
