Hmmm ... could it be because there were no black whiny MoFos in the mix ? If they were poor and black FEMA would have been all over it !
But wait, that would sound like discrimination. Silly me, I forgot it's only discrimination when blacks or hispanics are involved. Ask any black or hispanic and they'll surely tell you whites are NEVER discriminated against :>/
