Apparently it =is= fair to threaten your neighbors with nukes,.. you and your 'pre-emptive strike' bullshit. America did it to Iraq AND Iran: "We won't rule out a nuclear strike." G.W.B. So... what rules are we playing by, exactly? Can someone else "pre-emptive strike" the U.S. if they think they might be in danger? Sounds fair to me.
