MAN ABUSES DIRTY HOE IN HIS BASEMENT,HE WAS
CAUGHT SPOONING AND SCOOPING AND USING THE HOE
IN VARIOUS QUITE PRECARIOUS POSITIONS.NEIGHBORS
SAY THEY HEARD STRANGE NOISES COMING FROM THE
BASEMENT SUCH AS A LOUD MOANING AND HIGH PITCHED
SQUEALING.THE MAN WOULD HAVE DUG HIMSELF A DEEPER
HOLE BUT FORTUNATELY HE WAS FORCED TO STOP DUE
TO THE VERY HIGH DAY RATES THAT THE HOE COST.
