Give it a few more months for the investigation results to come out. If you'd been listening you'd realize it's not the "Television" saying it. I do think however, if anything, it's a case of over-stressed, over-worked, over-scared soldiers snapping under pressure in a highly emotionally charged situation. I'd put most of the blame on the people who put them there.
