I have female friends that live in a rough town in Michigan. Sometimes men in passing cars will attempt to solicit them for sex, as men will frequently do.
They report that when they look over into the car and see a black or hispanic man, they are relieved. Blacks and Mexicans are the most polite. When these women say, "sorry, I'm not a hooker," the Blacks and Mexican's say something like, "well, thank you anyway, beautiful mama".
When white guys drive up, these women are terrified. They'll tell the white guy that they aren't hooking, and the guy will drive next to them at walking speed, sometimes for BLOCKS
