In my home town, Dallas,Tx. whites are now the minority population. By the logic you used Anonymous@9240, I guess that also means whites can't be collecting the larger share of benefits.
Of course thinking that any race would receive a larger share of welfare benefits based solely on their proportion of the population seems totally flawed anyway, so ...
