If you scroll up so the head is gone it looks like the slope head dude out of Karate kid.
I don't know what people see in this 'woman', She has a fucked up nose and a huge scar under her chin.
She must have fucked her way onto mythbusters but wouldn't have fucked the hosts as they are gay
