Uhhh .... I hate to tellya this dude, but that's the crankshaft. The actual block(s) containing the cylinders will be attached above this assy. and the pistons/rods will attach to the crankshaft throws like the guy at the lowest end of the pic is leaning on ; >winking smiley

This thing by design needs no windage tray and as such is gaining some extra efficiency from that alone. Windage losses on an engine that size could be HUGE ! :>winking smiley

I wish I could tell if it was a one piece crankshaft, though I seriously doubt it is.
