Uhhh .... I hate to tellya this dude, but that's the crankshaft. The actual block(s) containing the cylinders will be attached above this assy. and the pistons/rods will attach to the crankshaft throws like the guy at the lowest end of the pic is leaning on ; >
This thing by design needs no windage tray and as such is gaining some extra efficiency from that alone. Windage losses on an engine that size could be HUGE ! :>
I wish I could tell if it was a one piece crankshaft, though I seriously doubt it is.
