OK, so it's an Anti-tank rifle not a sniper's rifle, they've been around since WWII, I think the biggest I saw was a 25-30 mm bore rifle, they can penetrate around to 2" in armor, single shot & short life barrell, it took a Steelers lineman to shoot that thing.
