Its not anti-tank rifle because its deweloped during 1990s,its antimaterial rifle.
But sure some APC-s are vounerable to this weapon.
But you can always snipe tank commander from 2000m (in our Balkan countries tank commanders are in every place but not in the tank,especially serbian ones)
Im searching for pics and stories about this baby from war.
