Well, Bin Laden represents legitimate gripes with how we conduct ourselves around the world. That doesn't make HIM legitimate or his methods.
He's scum, but we're acting just like the fucking Soviet Union did back when the people who set Saddam Hussein up in power were calling the Soviet Union and "evil empire". Were they wrong?
Nope. (Though Reagan was wrong about a whole lot of other shit, some people, like him, must've slept through) It just makes us look like Dumbass Hypocrites. (Well, 52% of us, anyway....)
