Saddam will get off. He didn't violate Iraqi law because Iraqi law did not exist. No guilty by reason of SANITY.
The world court learned from the Milosevic case that they had no jurisdiction to bring charges against Saddam so they stayed out of it.
The US fucked this up right from the start.
