These comments are sexist and racist because #8 isn't even apart of the list wrongly attributed to George Carlin.
The reasons for the poor response to Katrina can only be pointed to 1 person. Someone who spent 300 billion dollars to occupy a useuless nation to the US.
Leaders don't blame the people they lead for the nations troubles. But what would Bush know about being a good leader ?
The american people have seen Bush's true colors. Hence the poor approval ratings for getting nothing done as president.
