John, I don't see what the point is. It's an elementary school that has a fence around the playground (just like most primary schools) so kick balls and children alike won't wander into the street. Also most schools get out early on the last day before WINTER Break (formally known as Christmas Vacation). So they chose to say EARLY RELEASE instead of EARLY DISMISSAL. I really do not understand where the problem is. Just curious, can you actually explain what is wrong and what should be changed?
