So following your logic they should go shooting each other - you know - since man has no natural predators exept man... What you don't seem to realise is that nature maintains the balance between predators and their prey. If the fox kills all the prey and multiplies too much, it starves and numbers die down. Yep, amazing really that evolution managed all of this before those gin soaked idiots on horseback bravely decided to put their lives at risk in groups of a hundred, with about 200 dogs, chasing each fox, one at a time...
