Hi There,
this was in carneval this februaryprobably in Cologne or Mainz. The woman "inside" is a well known poliician (Angela Merkel), who would do anything to get in touch the USA and/or Bush (as you can see ... this picture isn't really far away from the reality).
I Think it's kind of funny if you know what is going on in Germany's politics :-)
