We do have dupe checking, but if changes are made to the image (changes format etc) we're unable to tell that it's a dupe. The best bet is to post under the image that it's a dupe, with the original image id!, and add it to the duplicate category. Then it makes it easier for an admin to delete the image from the site.
You may optionally give an explanation for why this post was reported, which will be sent to the moderators along with the report. This can help the moderator to understand why you reported the post.
