Actually, this is a sign of high intelligence.
This redneck figured out non-standard measurements. The person taking this picture, ironically, doesn't understand that this is the type of measurement that started standardized measurements. Non-standard measurements are an under-taught lesson in schools. (BTW: I work in the department of education.)
You may optionally give an explanation for why this post was reported, which will be sent to the moderators along with the report. This can help the moderator to understand why you reported the post.
