In common:. =Watakushi= or =Watashi=
Male:. =Boku= or =Ore=
Female:. =Watashi= or =Atashi=
The first words are more politely way of speaking.

Last... =Koko ni yoku kuru= ? > =Koko ni yoku kimasuka= ?
That's right. Do you come here often? (In case more frequent, it become "Do you come here many times?"
