We've considered it, as a way to supplement donation income (of which there is .. well .. none) and try and cover some costs.
What sort of merchendise would people be interested in? What would you like to see if we made t-shirts?

T-Shirts with hundreds of tiny pornographic images which from a distance looks like the word 'Plus613' but up really close you can tell it's porn. A lot like those puzzles which are made up of hundreds of tiny images. I think it'll sell well
How about one of those anti-glare type screens that you put over your monitor... except the "Plus613" version turns any image on your computer into porn?!? Just kidding! T-shirts would be cool.
Bob's idea is good. Could also have non-pornographic versions with all the other lovely nature pics, vehicle pics from on the site etc. And if you're making the porno t-shirt, you've gotta make the porno satin boxers!
