Who are you PLUS613 I am curious? This is a free corner of the internet and if...a damn fine last piece of the internet that does not cost money, and you should be honoured to allow people the freedom of speach you so gratefully give...but where does your funding and time come from to maintain this site?? Are you a government project MI5...CIA...I am just speculating and mean no harm...I'm just curious...anyone any ideas??

Is there a secret branch known only as 614? I am not paranoid, just bi-curious and have no ideas. Would you like to have govt. funding? It can be done by filtering the cash through a smokescreeen account under the 612 branch. Tax detuctable? No problem! Bush is in on the whole thing!!

I was tempted not to respond to this smiling smiley Let the conspiracy nuts go wild.

plus613.com is the work of primarily three people. There's myself, revert and darkklown. Revert did most of the code and page design, I do most of the maintenance and host the page, and darkklown assists with page and system maintenance. I pay the spiralling bills associated with the page. It's our gift to the world smiling smiley

Unfortunately we don't have government sponsorship, as nice as that would be. Somebody else paying the bills would be pretty sweet, or paying us to run the site would be even better winking smiley but hey. You can't have everything, and we like the site kind of how it is and don't really want to cheapen it with advertising. One day we may have no choice, but for now it's a firm no.

We hope you enjoy using it smiling smiley

This is the best site on the net, I love it. If instead of advertising you sold things like mugs and tshirts and all that crap that would also cheapen it but would be better than having to change it to suit sponsers. +613 rolling papers, each one with a little picture on it, and when its rolled you get a different picture along the length of your ´ciggie´. That I would pay for.

We have personally considered selling t-shirts but were a little unsure of its popularity.

So is anyone interested in a plus613 t-shirt? If so speak up now and all the profits will go into the hosting costs!

Okay.. It's something we'll look into. Until then, can I interest you in an official, used plus613 BIC pen, or perhaps an empty Coke bottle? Signed by your hosts, of course winking smiley

Only $2,500.00 AUD each. Form an orderly queue to the left, there's plenty for everyone, no need to shove...

http://www.cafepress.com/

We're CafePress, the leader in user-generated commerce.
What's that? In a nutshell we sell T-Shirts, apparel, gifts for the home, stationery, gear, and other stuff that gets printed on. But the interesting thing is, we don't design a thing. Our shopkeepers create the designs. So every time a shopkeeper designed product sells, they make money.

Hence, user-generated commerce. And we're the leader in it.
Shop the world's biggest collection of user-designed products.
With a community of 6.5 million users, CafePress is where folks from all walks of life gather online to create, sell, and buy "print on-demand" products. Each brings to life whatever people are passionate about. It can be a white-hot political cause? A gorgeous grandchild? An obsessive hobby? A funny (or flirty) thought? Whatever...

In fact, at CafePress you'll find most everything imaginable. It's a lively, growing marketplace with over 150 million products (45,000 new ones get added daily). And if you can't find what you want just create your own design. We'll print it for you -- whether you want 1 or 1,000.
Set up a shop (it's free) and bring your designs to life.
CafePress is also where people run their own shops and make money. This includes individual shopkeepers of all sizes, plus corporate stores (Discovery Channel, Wikipedia, and March of Dimes are a few of our accounts). With no upfront costs or inventory risk, CafePress shopkeepers are linked to our world of members -- and the latest on-demand printing. We'll also manage all those thorny details of doing business online.

^^^ lol.
why not just get t-shirts printed at exceptional cost to yourselves (pulse & dk) and then get pulse's girlfriend to send them out from dk's garage. If you limit the number it should work out alright. But I would request that they are plus tees with no mention of porn cos i ain't wearing no porn 613 tee. Ask the webmaster over at engrish.com how he does it. I have bought tees from him and they are good quality and the print is good too, but he's in the US. Maybe fossil and mrkim can help you out here in return for a freebee? There must be a whole lot of extra options in the US compared to Oz (population 5000) and US$ is so weak that you will get a bargain.

Though T-shirt printers are a bit outta my field I'm sure I could find some if you guys wanted to look into it. There's plenty of such printers here locally and likely a few hundred if not thousand here in the US. I'm always gettin promotional info on companies that do custom shirts, mugs, pens, etc. and just trash 'em since I've never had a use for 'em drinking smiley
