There is a link to this from the google search for plus 613, it still lists the address as .com, not .net. perfect 10 do not seem to like google very much.

Yep and we've filled in the appropriate DMCA stuff and faxed it off to Google a number of times to have it removed & it keeps popping up again. That one is from 2005.

A previous complaint they've filed (also including us) said something along the lines of "These sites either have, or could at any time, infringe on perfect 10's copyright"

Well fuck, ANYBODY could, at any time, infringe on somebody's copyright. BAN THE INTERNET!

It's not ideal, it means they don't index thousands of our pages because of it. I'll have to try it again, they're meant to have only 48 hours or something to remove blocks when we fill out the paperwork.

With that thing, plus being delisted from DMOZ when we had the trouble with the owner of the plus613.com domain means we've lost 50% of the traffic we used to have.
