Seems like the issues you're carping on and on about are addressed above skull, with all the pertinent data and remedies laid out pretty plainly BTW, in case you haven't read them, these are directly quoted [C&Ped] from the TOS page.
While I don't envy you rearing 4 kids and hope you aren't doing so alone, your constant mentions of this don't validate any special considerations in this regard.
I'd bet many here have either raised children of their own, are doing so now or may plan to do so in the future, yet none of us by virtue of having made such a choice either in the past or future are given any special rights by society in regard to such a choice.
I am however curious what makes you think this gives yourself or anyone else any such special consideration above anyone else as seems to be the case by your incessant mentions of your own familial situation?
The decision to father and parent children is one never to be taken lightly and is fraught with many inherent responsibilities as a result of such a choice. One of such responsibilities is to safeguard them from the things you feel might be harmful to their education or development as people and one facet of such responsibility as a parent is to insure their internet browsing not extend past whatever boundaries YOU deem necessary.
It seems yourself, along with many others in society today, feel as if setting such boundaries and safeguarding your children is a responsibility of someone beside the parents themselves and that everyone else in society must take up this responsibility FOR you instead.
My perspective is that once one externalizes such responsibility they then MUST accept the result of having allowed others to decide what is best for ones children and as a result of that decision have no realistic complaint coming from the result of such a choice.
One can either make the choices about the choices made available in regard to their childrens education and rearing in their upbringing (one of which being their internet browsing habits) or .... choose to let society and the way of the rest of the world make those choices for the parent and accept the result of that choice, but the one thing one can't do is BOTH. You DON'T get to allow others to choose for you and then expect to complain about the results of that choice too!
So ... if you feel Plus613 is not a prudent choice for your children to view (and most especially since it says right in the TOS that the site IS NOT meant for those under 21 anyway) there are many programs available to enforce that decision upon whatever users you deem necessary on your computer system. My suggestion would be to use them as you feel best in the interests of your children and stop whining about being a parent.
If you're so determined to be a good parent to your children (as you well and truly should be) then do so and stop expecting everyone else to parent them FOR you by confining their posted materials and comments to YOUR thoughts of what should and should not be allowed here.
