A voice of sanity in the wilderness with valid verifiable scientific data to help make his point. Well worth the time to watch it if you'd like to hear the "other side" of the scientific coin regarding global warming -> [www.kusi.com] cool

That has always been my opinion and what I have come to understand. I wouldn't mind a little global warming anyway. If I never see another snow flake it will be too soon. I wouldn't mind if winter would stay around 70 degrees but I guess if I want that I will need to move from Arkansas a little closer to the equator. Global warming, horse shit.

you can't let your car sit and run in the garage, no matter how big the garage. Surely there is some validity to global warming. It's a closed system, it will reach the "full" point sometime. More and more people and more cars and factory jobs and eventually we live in a stinking fog. Or where does all this crap go then? It just 'goes away'? I'm not sure how much global warming i believe but the only way i think of it is that you cant let your car run inside, or you'll choke eventually. I suppose acid rain helps get rid of some idk

and once more, someone is totally confusing pollution with global warming!
the two things couldn't be more apart, for pete's sake!

you can leave your car running in the garage all you want, it's got nothing to do with global warming.

and all to do with you dying of excess carbon MONOxide, a poisonous gas which WILL kill you, regardless of the presence of other gases.

NOT CO2, which is an utterly different gas and not toxic: all it does is make you breathe faster.
it will never kill you unless it's the only thing you breathe: you still need oxygen!

pollution is NOT global warming!

please get informed before you make your mind up about global issues: enough bullshit already in the media!

CO2 is carbon dioxide and is what is being related to global warming. Plants and trees take in the CO2 and produce oxygen for us to breath. CO without the extra oxygen atom is carbon monoxide which you get from running a car and burning fossil fuels. Granted running a car in a garage is not a good idea but the world's garage is so large that it would probably take thousands of years before we would choke to death from the pollution. As was said above there is a difference between global warming and pollution. The Earth goes through warming and cooling cycles naturally since it's creation. Right now we are on the warming side of the cycle and there is nothing to be alarmed about, we will swing back to cooling, albeit many many years after we are dead and dust in the Earth. I believe this global warming scare is simply a method to frighten people into forcing the research into alternative fuels. Which is a good idea to find alternative fuels but the end does not justify the means.

I have converted my truck to run on whale oil. It's 'carbon neutral', but it smells like Long John Silver's when it runs.

I just drive faster so I spend less time with the engine running...

I drive a 97 F150 that gets 12 mpg in the city but it is paid off so I try to get all my chores done in one trip. I can't afford to trade it in but I do get by on $20.00 per week in gas.
