Ingenious design, really. The bike does not have a frame, all the major components bolt directly to the engine, which saves many pounds of weight over a conventional design, and makes the engine a fully stressed member of the structure without the inherent flex a bunch of tubes bolted or welded together might have.

V-1000

Have a look at this - its only about 7 minutes long, but gives you an insight into the man and the machine. I like when he drops the hot casting into the old oil drum and cools it with water from the swimming pool! Also has some shots of his awesome house.

And Mrkim - about 145kg (approx 320 pounds).

John Britten
This one is more about the man and his house rather than the bike.
