If only it were true. Unfortunately, it's not.

Insurgents are smarter than you think. They're just laying low until we reduce the number of troops in Iraq. Then the bastards will come out of the woodwork and be as thick as ticks again.

Of course, we could all vote for McCain and stay in Iraq fro 100 years. Isn't that a great plan?
