it does, but it is based on a hash check
if the file is exactly the same, then it will not allow it,
but just because the image is the same, it has no way of checking

I have used programs that scan file(image) contents, and finds dups based on
those results. couldnt plus/porn613 run the same type of program on the
database? I have used [
www.keronsoft.com] and its a great free program. Seems like
something could be done.

Well now crap. I had to look at this image twice in two years. That tears it.
Who the hell is resposible for the inept technology on this site?
Oh yeah, those guys that have created it and supported it pretty much on their
own for so long. Filter, schmilter, you need to get out more if you're worried
about some duplicate pics now and then.
