Conspiracy to commit money laundering carries a 20 yr sentence while money
laundering itself carries a LIFE sentence.
Delay will be wearing an Orange jump suit for many years after he pleads GUILTY
to conspiracy to commit money laundering.
There is no "Club Fed" in the Texas correctional system. It will be
hard not to send Delay to the same level of prison as Francisco Cortez who
received 15 years for laundering 3 times less money than Delay is charged with
laundering.
6 years in prison with someone elses "hammer" Tom's ass will have him
one step in the grave.

There is no proof that he's laundered money or anything. In fact, the judge has
tossed out the case. I'm not saying he's a Saint or anything like that, but you
need proof besides accusations to make a case in this country.

Wrong again. The judge threw out the charge of conspiracy to commit election
fraud which was the lesser of all the charges. The sentence was only 6mos to
2yrs for conspiracy to commit electino fraud.
However, the other charges as I listed above will go to trial.
Since you have proven that you don't know anythng about the legal process in the
US. There is some proof already. It is how the Grand Jury formed the opinion to
indict Tom Delay.
It will be the prosecutors job to show the same proof to a jury. However this
time prosecutors will provide a full story to the jury. In this case it will be
easily done.
