This was clearly a rush to judgement and it appears the city government wanted them charged just to try and calm the people. What will happen if the DA doesn't have all her ducks in a row and they get off? Freddy grey was no choir boy his rap sheet was very long with offenses going back to '07.

Jgoins IDIOT ... How do prosecutors charge normal defendants? Overcharge to get a plea ... the cop that failed to secure the guy and the guy who drove the wagon are going to jail for manslaughter. The others will plead out to lesser crimes.

and the "rap" sheet of a prisoner in custody had nothing to do with the illegal actions taken by police officers in detaining, arresting, and transporting someone.

The charges I am not concerned about, it was the rush to make arrests just to appease the protestors. What is going to happen if the prosecutor doesn't have all her ducks in a row and these officers walk out of court free?

His rap sheet has to do with everyone saying he was just an innocent black child.

which came AFTER the protests .. and it was NOT to appease anyone except Lady justice ...

just because someone has a rap sheet does not mean he is automatically guilty of anything
