if (person = terrorist) {
punish_severely();
} else {
exit(-1);
}

Can you spot the error?

Yeah it should be if (person == terrorist) i.e. two equal signs

The joke is that this is the most common C coding error. Here, the effect is to make someone or call someone a terrorist, instead of finding out if they are one.

Nice tie-in with the assumption that all Muslims are terrorists, or that you can wiretap anyone illegally and get away with it, etc etc

It´s ok to acknowledge them when you are being funny and insulting them.

messyflatmate is right! 'equivalency' not 'equals'.
2 points. Keep saving your points and you might win a week's vacation in Gitmo!

Shadez, no surprise that you are still getting an error... considering our circumstances.
