Yeah you're right. Geez it looks like a falcon though. Since ford Australia refuse to comment on the falcons future it's likely that the Taurus is the new falcon from 2015 onwards which would be very disappointing.

i drove a really nice Taurus while researching cars for my mom last year. it was really nice, but to get the leather, sunroof, navigation and best stereo (which she cares nothing about smiling
smiley), the Lincoln MKZ was almost 15K less and had a better warranty, and a scratch and dent insurance option for $400. yeah it's basically a tricked out Fusion, but the ride was better and all the options still came up 7-9k more than the MKZ. the MKZ also has a color combo option the Fusion did not...Burgundy with a cream color leather interior. the MKZ also has heated and air conditioned seats that neither the Fusion or the Taurus had. i didn't think much of it until i felt that cool air blow up my butt. eye

Wow, the cops driving the Taurus; can Robocop be far behind? That was what the cops were driving in that movie, wasn't it? Or is there a malfunction in my internal CPU causing false memories?

Would've made a great pursuit car for the US, as it will in Australia while it lasts.

I'm getting old. Everything's changing and I don't like it.

Amen to that statement.
