Yeah, and after less than 3yrs at the helm Obozo has already managed to double the amount of debt each man, woman and child in the US is on the hook for and clowns like above still keep blaming Bush for it.

I can't wait to hear how Bush will be pinned for hurricane Irene too. That should really be interesting eye

I know American politics is a bit removed from my own situation, but every government I have seen (not just the US) has tried to blame it's predecessor for at least some things, so it's not surprising that Obama and his supporters try and blame Bush. From what I can tell Bush didn't do a great job fiscally so Obama got a bit of a shit sandwich to deal with, but given that the country already had a lot of debt when he came to power his policies should have been about dealing with that rather than worsening it. I'm one who tends to see the positive side of things and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but doubling the national debt in 3 years (when it was already bad) makes even me think it might have been done deliberately. My own opinion is that Obama's fiscal policies are at the least reckless.

I have stated before that I believe Odamna is purposely working against the US trying to totally destroy our economy. This is one desire stated by OBL and Al Qaeda. Time to put 2 and 2 together.

Careful, GAK, that kind of critisism will get you labeled a racist if you're not careful. Yes, that's really how bad it can be here.

an interesting theory espoused to me recently; republicans are racist. it's obvious that they are all being so counter-productive with all of their petty bickering and un-cooperative behavior, because in doing so nothing will get fixed with the economy and employment issues etc...and the fox news watching 'sheeple' will all just blame the negro in the white house, and therefore never vote for a black man again...

as I said, not my theory, but I have to say...it kinda makes sense

to clarify; it makes sense, in that I can fathom politicians behaving that way, and also I believe that a whole lot of people are dumb enuf to fall for it...

Just like a liberal. Nothing to add that could refute the premise that Obozos policies themselves are to blame for our continuing downward financial spiral so instead they just attempt to change the topic. Though this is a shop worn lib tactic ... at least it's predictable (*facepalm*)

BTW PJ, the "theory" you mentioned is months old now, though it is still just as nonsensical today as the 1st time I heard it.

If you took a century long view of US politics with Dems and Repubs and delineated the known racist and racist positions espoused by politicians you'd find the libs/Dems are the group with the most racist positions, not the other way around.

However, let's just take a look at the logic overall of the "theory" shall we? If Repubs were to be found unreasonable and petty in attempting to keep us from implementing poorly founded and historically proven bad financial policies just how unreasonable or petty is that, and how again does that make their actions racist?

When Repubs blocked a call for a clean increase in the already astounding debt limit before agreeing to it with some (although bogus and unrealistic) spending cuts and policy changes as a part of the bargain, was that also unreasonable and petty, and once again, just how was that racist?

When Obozo and the Dems shoved OBOZOcare through congress with 60+% of the American public opinion against it, were the Repubs being unreasonable then too in largely failing to support what their constituents obviously opposed? Was that petty and racist too?

Just in case you missed the memo, the race card you libs keep playin so valiantly in attempts to defend your support of Obozo has really grown quite tiresome, not to mention largely ineffectual in any way except stirrin up more shit from the libs themselves.

Or put another way "That dog won't hunt" thumbs
