Dude,had gloves on cause it was cold and I pulled out to get moving on my zx and it freeked on me I started to speed up and it way over reved.When I tried to let up the glove made the throttle stick and I came off over the handle bars hard and the bike got minnor damage but Im ok.Ive got to make that throttle less touchy.Dude I was unconsious for about 5 minutes.From 2.75 to 3 it surges like crazy.Damn near killed myself today,spent 5 hours in the emergency room because my buddy called the ambulance.They say I tried to fight with them at first and 3 people had to tackle me.Man that shit messes with your head.

Its actually just a few scratches on the mount side and Im no worse for the wear,but the wake up call is well appreciated and Im gonna have a little more respect for it from now on.I was going to paint it anyway but the clutch cover is going to have to be replaced along with the mirror on that side.

Duane, I've been riding bikes for 34 years, and can tell you from experience that the handle on the right side will make the bike go as fast as your common sense allows. I've always stayed in a self control safety margin, and given myself a way out if things turn to shit! Please be careful, damn it!

Thank man,I promise Ill be a little more aware of the throttle position from now on thats for sure.She seems to be very touchy down between 2500rpm-3000rpm it surges from what seems like 50 horsepower to 100 I dont know if that is normal.Ive been talking about having it looked at.I was unconsiuos after the accident for about 5-10 minutes and dont remember fighting with everybody or refuseing the ambulance,Wierd Im normally so easy going,(really 9588 that was a joke)I dont remember anything untill I was at the hospitall and I remember joking around when my friends showed up but it was an hours or so later.Funny thing is everybody says I talked to them and joked but no real memory.Exept for some minor scrapes and I think I ground the footpeg on the left foot.Definately I have allot more respect for the bike.My friend was there and he said I pulled around his jeep and he said I was right behind it and the rpms shot up really fast and high and the bike went sideways,he said I fought withit and rode it allmost out but she stopped and I flew over the handle bars and the bike went passed me.When I came down my helmet hit the curb(here that all you cool guys with no helmets)its scraped pretty bad but still funtional the bike has some scapes but I was going to paint it using a color rite paint kit so not a big loss sense its winter allmost.Ill do all my work in downtime.My triceps feel sore and my right rear leg is either burned or scraped.NEW FOUND RESPECT FOR MOTORCYCLES.Im gonna pick it up later today and bring it home,my brother in law picked it up on a flat bed and took it to my dads.

I did yesterday,you would be surprised how reallity sinks in about finality.I still dont know how I came off the bike but I have an idea.I had just made 2 sharp turns from in front of my friends car to the parking lot acrossed the street.I had turned towards the open end of the street and my freind said that he heard the motor break wide open and the bike went sideways he told me I rode it back and forth for a second and then it just stopped and I flew over the handlebars and struck my left side of my helmet on the pavement and was out cold untill I was in the emergerncy room but I guess thats expected with a concusion.

i got knocked out one time riding my horse. I did the same thing.I took out both ambulance guys, 2 bystanders,3 cops, 2 security guards and a nurse (sorry). that's when i was training everyday, and was in impeccable shape. i don't remember a thing about it, only what i was told. sounded like i was pissed!

My buddy had his knee in my chest,he said I told him I could not breathe.When he moved his knee he said I laughed at him and said thanks.I dont remember it though but that was in the middle of the struggle while 3 people held me down.All the funny shit happens when Im not able to see.

I definately have more respect,problem is I went unconscious and had a concuscion now I dont remember exactly what happened.My friend said I was behind a minivan 25 feet away but I was comming off the bike when he saw it.I only remember turning beside the van.It was a big mistake unless you think of it as an attention getter,which it was.Thanks man.
