Well, we know for sure any wind power equipment won't be able to be seen from Teddy or Kerry's front or back yard. And the wildlife like the warmth a pipeline gives off. You are for helping the wildlife aren't you?

Us Americans can live with our mistakes and in a couple of years vote for someone else if we want to. At least we don't pay a royal family to do nothing like the british do now that is stupid

It is not stupid to support royalty -- it is called a "tourist attraction." The Royal Family makes a lot more for the general British economy than it takes. Ameridcans, Japanese, Argentines, all paying airfare, hotels, restaurants, etc. just to stand in front of Buckingham Palace and take a picture. Good business sense.

What is wrong with coast to coast oil piplines? Millions of poor people who rely on their cars, no matter how beat up to get to their job, and rely on those pipelines to keep them able to survive. Are you against poor people? Why?

A lot of tourists stand in front of the Whitehouse to get their pictures taken, but we don't pay Royality to draw them. They just want to see where our great elected leader lives.

It's true, they can always be counted on for a fun scandal once in awhile.

If all Brits and Swedish boys do not speak German, they can thank US in English.

Different wars, different reasons. If the US had joined the war earlier, we could have saved millions more. And if we had made it a crime for US corporations from doing business with the Nazis, they would have been hobbled earlier on, and easier still to defeat. But hey, why dwell on the details.

Ok, the Brits have royalty to draw tourists and we have the Grand Canyon, ours is older and will last longer, can't get killed, can't cause a scandal, tourism is tourism..use what you have..
