here it's like 20 mph winds and sprinkling. nothing dangerous, but an hour south..... 60 mph winds

Accordin to the news there's a good chance TJ may not have any power if he's in Houston or really near the coastline.

Like fossil said about the worst I saw out here (a little east of him) was like 40-50mph winds and light rain, so no biggee.

Looks like Galveston and all the other touristy areas along the coast got hammered pretty heavily though

As much as I love the Gulf and eastern coatline areas, I'll take my doses of it as I can and live inland, thanks

This is a true Galveston icon, and on the list of historical places. They should rebuild it.
